A turtle swimming in a blue lagoon. This painting is just so playful and happy. I got to swim with several sea turtles in my travels, but by far the best encounter I ever had was at Electric Beach in Hawaii, back in 2012. A sea turtle came swimming around my dad and I, and hung out with us for several minutes. This painting reminds me of that playful curiosity.
